In this role, you will be at the heart of our Hydronics Digital Solutions team, shaping a more sustainable future by expanding our footprint in the District Energy sector.

You will be the strategic force behind our growth in Denmark. Your expertise will directly influence how energy suppliers and system integrators leverage Danfoss’ unique value proposition, making a tangible impact on energy efficiency.

This is your chance to own a key market, build lasting partnerships, and act as a trusted advisor. You will be instrumental in defining our long-term strategy and securing new business, cementing Danfoss as a leader in innovative climate solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Spearhead business growth by developing and executing a clear strategy to promote our digital solutions across the Danish District Energy market.
  • Act as a strategic partner to our customers, building strong relationships with energy suppliers and system integrators to drive long-term success.
  • Collaborate our colleagues around Europe, ensuring a strong awareness on our solutions and value propositions.
  • Empower local sales teams by coaching them on sales approaches, providing a clear sales toolbox, and sharing crucial market insights.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Experience in the District Energy industry, with deep expertise gained through years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Product Portfolio roles.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • An established network within the Danish District Energy industry.
  • Able to work smoothly in both Danish and English, with an international team located through out Europe.
