We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant to join us on this journey - are you the right person to join the Salaried Productivity team as our new colleague?

Salaried Productivity is not about working harder and running faster. It is about being conscious of what you are spending your time on and how this is being approached.

The job requires that you have the flexibility and willingness to travel a significant amount of your time primarily within Europe.

Why join Danfoss Business System?

By joining the Salaried Productivity team, you will be joining a very successful organization at a crucial moment in time. For 20 years, DBS has been setting the direction for our operations on how to continuously improve performance within Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.

You will be challenging, guiding, and supporting the business in improving salaried employee work patterns by identifying and reducing non-value-adding activities and cutting complexity from their processes.

You will be working in a multicultural environment, running projects and drive Change Management initiatives across various departments and value streams worldwide.

As part of a global network in DBS, you will continuously search and share best practices and Danfoss standards.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Identify and optimize work patterns within Salaried Productivity across Danfoss
  • Lead process mappings and workshops with dedicated stakeholders
  • Assess departments or organizations to identify potentials for improvement, conducting all activities in close collaboration with the selected project teams, leaders, and dedicated support functions
  • Encourage a culture of sustainable change and productivity driven mind sets, to ensure that productivity goals are being achieved
  • Promote and improve results by leveraging lean tools, consulting skills, business acumen, as well as stakeholder- and change management processes

Background & Skills

To be considered for this position, you have a relevant and solid experience either from consulting, working with process improvements and efficiency or having been part of a team that has driven organizational efficiency in salaried areas (e.g. HR, R&D, Engineering, IT, S/C, Sales, Marketing etc.) or Lean in office areas.

Furthermore, we expect that you:

  • Demonstrate a result-oriented team-player mindset
  • Possess the ability to quickly gain the trust of stakeholders, peers, and management
  • Have an entrepreneurial and improvement driven mindset
  • Are analytical and structured, humble yet self-confident and easy to work with
  • Are an effective communicator and consensus builder across key stakeholders
  • Are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
