Every heating and cooling product Danfoss ships into global markets has to be safe, certified, and legally compliant — and that's where you come in. Product Safety Compliance sits at the intersection of engineering, regulation, and data, making sure our HVACR solutions meet standards from the EU Machinery Regulation to ATEX, PED, and LVD, across markets from Asia-Pacific to North America. 

You'll join a busy, fast-moving team where no two weeks look the same. One day you're structuring certification data, the next you're helping build AI-powered compliance tools with our digital team — real projects with real visibility, not busywork on the side. 

This is a chance to see how global regulatory compliance actually works from the inside, while building analytical and data skills that will serve you long after graduation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shape compliance data — collect and structure product data for certification processes 

• Build visibility tools — develop dashboards tracking compliance status, risks, and actions 

• Support AI innovation — help the digital team develop tools that streamline compliance work 

• Maintain our standards — keep internal templates and standards accurate and current 

• Handle market requests — support compliance activities as new regulatory needs arise

What We're Looking For

• Studying towards a bachelor's or early master's in engineering, sustainability, or related field 

• Analytical and structured — strong problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data 

• Tech-savvy — solid IT skills including advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus 

• Clear communicator in English, written and spoken 

• Proactive and thorough — delivers quality work independently and on time

You'll be working around 10–15 hours a week, with flexibility built in around your exam periods.
