Job Responsibilities

As a Student Assistant in the sustainability team, you will be the supporting in analyzing and documenting the environmental performance of our products. You will support our life cycle assessment (LCA) program and the development of environmental product declarations (EPD) and support the business in providing still more sustainable solutions. As part of the sustainability team, you will:


•    be part of the Danfoss Drives center of excellence for LCA and EPD and super-user of our LCA software tool and the related process
•    participate in data collection, performing LCAs and product analysis 
•    contribute to further developing the data collection process
•    assist your colleagues within product development in their efforts to design more sustainable and circular products
•    assist in the roll-out and use of LCA in Danfoss Drives

•    You have a relevant, professional, and educational background and experience within sustainability and LCA
•    You have a basic insight into manufacturing, engineering and/or product development
•    You are passionate about and interested in driving the sustainability agenda hereunder social and environmental impact issues and climate change
•    You are well known to the market and regulatory trends within sustainability, and you have a broad professional network
•    You have solid project management skills, a systematic mindset, and a structured thinking in everyday work
•    You are strong in IT, quick to use new tools and to train others
•    Strong and effective written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
