The Impact You'll Make
As our Customer Project Leader, you’ll play a key role in help us bring more business and products to our Danfoss MCHE factory in Apodaca Monterrey.

You’ll collaborate with teams and take ownership of key processes, helping us move toward a more innovative future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage PCR projects to achieve successful launching.
- Collaborate with multiple function teams on samples, mass production orders delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in project implementation process
- Work with internal teams to ensure customer’s request is fulfilled.
- Get hands on work in the shop floor for samples, pilot build and mass production.
- Actively make communication with our sales development, sales and customers about project progress.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in project management to deliver according to schedule.
- Proficiency in project, excel and PowerPoint for presentation.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish, English.
