As a Sales Administration Analyst, you will be at the center of our customer experience, supporting U.S. customer service teams with accurate and timely order management. Your work will directly influence how quickly and effectively our customers receive the solutions they need.
What You’ll Be Doing

Process customer orders accurately and on time to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery

Respond to inquiries on order status, pricing, and availability to support customer decision-making

Manage and resolve cases in Salesforce to deliver fast and effective solutions

Execute transactions in SAP aligned with customer requirements and operational standards

Collaborate with U.S. customer service teams to align priorities and prevent escalations
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of experience in customer service/data entry handling orders, calls, and email-based inquiries
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work with systems such as Salesforce or SAP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
