We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our site in Osasco or Guaratinguetá. This role involves managing and enhancing the order fulfillment process to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will also foster a collaborative environment through transparent communication and actively contribute to a positive team culture. Success in this position requires comprehensive knowledge of customer service, order management, and related systems and processes. Familiarity with supply chain and manufacturing principles is advantageous. The outcomes of this role will support the company's objectives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing a “Unique Customer Experience” to Danfoss Customers/Distributors within the Danfoss Sales Strategies in order to achieve a "Unique Customer exprerience".
Providing the Customers/Distributors with the highest level of support on all aspects from order management (“Quote to Cash”).
Support agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Guarantee a consistently high level of responsiveness to internal and external customers.
Ensure coordination of Danfoss communication to customers/Distributors.
Support the continuous improvement process of order handling Partner and coordinate with Danfoss manufacturing sites (BU) to ensure high delivery performance and highest level of customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Education in business administration or engineering
- Professional English skills (verbal + written), another European language is a plus
- Good organizational skills
- Formal commercial training is a plus
- Customer centered values – A passion to serve customers
- Strong sense of customer service
- Be computer literate
- Very good SAP skills
- Intercultural competency
- Ability to travel
