As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional end‑to‑end customer service by ensuring seamless order management, transparent communication, and operational accuracy across our supply chain.
You’ll be the trusted link between our customers, internal teams, and logistics partners. Success in this role means customers receive timely information, accurate documentation, and dependable deliveries — resulting in stronger relationships, minimized escalations, improved data quality, and a consistently superior service experience. Your work directly enhances operational efficiency and promotes a more reliable and customer‑centric environment.
You’ll collaborate with Business Units, Supply Chain Management, the Warehouse team, and other cross‑functional partners, taking ownership of core order‑to‑delivery processes and customer communication workflows. Your contributions will help us move toward a more efficient, transparent, and service‑driven future.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead direct sales operations from global Danfoss locations to customers across India to ensure smooth order fulfillment and achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Support customers, CCH teams, and internal stakeholders by managing returns, rejections, credit/debit notes, and providing assistance to the Collections team when needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Exim Team to track import shipment status, enable timely customs clearance, and share all required documents and information.
- Use your skills in order management, inventory coordination, and SAP processes to optimize DLC business inventory levels and enhance overall operational accuracy.
- Continuously learn and share knowledge to strengthen adherence to the Danfoss global Order Management process and improve how we operate and serve customers.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years of demonstrated experience in Customer Service, preferably within the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycle, with strong ability to manage end‑to‑end order processes accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with the capability to apply academic knowledge to real‑world customer service and order management operations.
- Proficiency in SAP SD, BI platforms, Excel, and EDI process monitoring, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to support accurate reporting and smooth order flow.
- Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments, collaborating across global teams while maintaining high attention to detail and multitasking efficiently.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a mindset focused on problem‑solving, continuous improvement, and delivering high‑quality service.
