What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle customer orders and act as a single point of contact, coordinating with internal parties to ensure customer needs are met.
- Proactively follow up on order delivery, communicate with relevant departments such as production planning, and promptly inform customers of any delays or stock shortages.
- Accurately record customer inquiries and feedback, clarify ownership, drive issue resolution, and continuously improve customer experience.
- Respond actively to customer requests, coordinate internal and external resources, and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and maintain high standards of resolution quality and efficiency.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets (KPIs) and comply with company policies and internal management systems.
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensure smooth business workflows, and prepare related order/sales reports as required.
- Assist team members as needed to foster collaboration, and perform other tasks assigned by the team manager or the company.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in order management or logistics coordination.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to deeply understand customer needs, and proactively optimize processes to enhance satisfaction.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative and problem-solving attitude.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken preferred.
