We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Latvia and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
As the first point of contact, you will manage orders, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure products and services are delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner using SAP and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels and provide product, order, and shipment information to customers.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support team goals and participate in training and development activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Economics, or similar (or relevant experience).
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP and experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Strong customer-centric mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and additional European languages are a plus.
