We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to implement our Electrification strategy within the Pacific region. You will be responsible for developing and growing our market share in Energy Storage Systems, High Power Charging Systems and the P2X and Marine Electrification Industries.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to, the following.

• Drive business growth by delivering increased year-on-year revenue.
• Develop and map a deep knowledge of the Electrification market and stakeholders
• Advises customers, System Integrators, Consultants and EPCs in the capabilities of how to use and integrate Danfoss products and solutions effectively.
• Constantly performs market analysis and contributes to business strategy.
• Actively promotes Danfoss business through networks and digital forums
• Participate in relevant industry forums.
• Identify and secure new opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure retention and growth in spending.
• Conduct periodic reviews of business to ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity management. 
• Build and maintain quality internal relationships across the organisation.

Background & Skills

You would ideally have the following background and skills, however, if you do not tick each of the boxes we would still like to hear from you. 

• Engineering background or qualification.
• A background in sales, consulting or business development.
• Knowledge of and experience selling battery energy storage systems, P2X or power conversion.
