The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss, you will play a key role in shaping how our products come to life for customers around the world. As part of our Variant Configuration Solutions team, you’ll help build smart, scalable configuration solutions that support our digital business and strengthen how we design, sell, and deliver products.

You’ll join a team that is modernizing how we use SAP Variant Configuration across our global OneERP landscape. Your work will make customization faster, more accurate, and easier for the teams who depend on it—from Sales and Production to R&D and Product Management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead or contribute to development projects where you design and build SAP Variant Configuration (LO‑VC) models for sales and BOM structures in the OneERP landscape.
  • Improve and optimize existing configurators by troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing current solutions across OneERP and legacy systems.
  • Provide technical support as part of a global team that ensures smooth operation of configuration capabilities.
  • Develop and refine business and configurator processes, including identifying gaps and increasing automation in development workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, OneERP teams, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with configuration concepts, and support with documentation and training.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in SAP LO‑VC modeling, including building, maintaining, and optimizing configurator models.
  • Understanding of configurable BOMs, routing logic, product structures, and preferably engineering‑to‑order environments.
  • Experience working with SD, PP, MM, PLM, and other SAP/engineering integration points.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems and product master data best practices.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AVC modeling, rule-based engines, or constraint syntax is a plus.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a passion for solving complex configuration challenges.
  • Collaborative working style with clear communication skills; comfortable working globally and independently.
  • Fluency in English.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
