The Impact You'll Make
As our Data Analyst, you’ll help turn supply-chain data into simple, meaningful insights that support day-to-day decisions for the Fluid Conveyance business.
You’ll work alongside experienced data engineers and analysts to build, update, and improve dashboards and reports used by plant teams and leaders. Your work will help teams understand performance related to delivery, inventory, and operations—while you continue to build strong technical and business foundations.
This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn—someone who has taken extra steps such as internships, academic projects, certifications, or self-learning to build skills in data, analytics, and programming.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in maintaining and updating Power BI dashboards for supply-chain KPIs such as on-time delivery (OTD), inventory, backlog/past-due orders, and basic plant performance.
- Help clean, validate, and analyze large datasets, ensuring reports are accurate, consistent, and refreshed on time.
- Support senior team members in working with data from SAP and Databricks, learning how enterprise data flows are built and managed.
- Translate basic business questions into simple reports and visual insights that are easy to understand for different audiences.
- Learn and apply programming and data skills (SQL, Python/PySpark) to support automation, data preparation, and analytics use cases.
- Document report logic, definitions, and assumptions to support learning, continuity, and collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Any graduate with 2–4 years of experience, including internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles in data analytics, reporting, operations analytics, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, data refresh, validation, and working with large datasets.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL and exposure to Python or another programming language through coursework, certifications, or self-driven learning.
- Basic understanding or interest in supply-chain or operations concepts (delivery performance, inventory, logistics) is a plus—but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams, with good communication skills and openness to feedback.
- A strong learning mindset—we’re especially interested in candidates who have gone the extra mile to learn new tools or skills through courses, certifications, side projects, or hands-on experimentation.
- The ideal working time is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST, with flexibility to occasionally support European time zones, requiring availability between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM IST when needed.
What You'll Get from Us
- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
- You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
