What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain data pipelines and data products that support AI solutions, analytics, dashboards, and business reporting
• Partner with stakeholders across sales, product management, engineering, and IT to understand requirements and turn them into scalable data solutions
• Develop and optimize solutions using Python, PySpark, SQL, and Databricks, balancing performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Apply modern engineering practices including Git, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and documentation to deliver production-ready solutions
• Monitor and improve data and ML pipelines, ensuring high levels of data quality, operational stability, and cost efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Relevant degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, mathematics, statistics, or similar, or equivalent experience

• Experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, with a track record of building data pipelines and data products

• Solid skills in Python, SQL, data modelling, and Databricks or similar cloud data platforms
• Experience with modern engineering practices, including Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and source control
• Confidence working with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
• Fluent communication skills in English
