You'll own the growth story for Danfoss Climate Solutions across North India, turning targeted accounts and distributor partnerships into measurable revenue. As the cold chain and HVAC&R market accelerates, this role puts you at the front line of positioning Danfoss where demand is rising fastest. It's a platform to build deep commercial expertise and grow toward broader regional and key-account leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build account-level growth plans that position the Danfoss portfolio to each customer's needs, prioritizing the highest-return opportunities.
- Manage key accounts and the distributor network to plan, align, and hit annual revenue and margin targets.
- Grow the Danfoss footprint at existing and new accounts, acting as the first point of contact for everything they need.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline of projects and opportunities so growth is forecastable, not accidental.
- Track competitor moves within your accounts and deliver clear monthly reviews that sharpen management decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in HVAC&R or Cold Chain sales, with a track record of account and distributor management.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Solid grasp of refrigeration / air-conditioning cycles and components.
- Working knowledge of FMEA, basic QC tools, and heat load calculation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to travel across the region ~50% of the time.
