The role of Deputy Manager – Sales Lifecycle Business plays a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and market expansion. By systematically mapping existing and competitor customers along with the installed base in the North region, the role identifies high-potential opportunities to boost retrofit and replacement sales. It also focuses on developing new customer relationships in untapped (white space) areas, thereby expanding the company’s footprint.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visit existing Danfoss/VACON customers & competitor customers to map the install base.
- Address customer issues and service queries by coordinating with different departments.
- Implement digitalization solutions to customers.
- Build strong relationship with customer & Gain confidence from them as technical consultant
- Conduct Customer engagement programs at sites with completion of drive audit for new & existing customers.
- Strong focus on competition drives replacement demonstrating service competency.
- Increase our SOW in the market.
- Convert enquiries to sale maintaining high profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or lifecycle services.
- Strong understanding of retrofit/replacement sales and customer lifecycle management.
