The Impact You'll Make
As our Deputy Manager Sales, You will help accelerate the adoption of energy-efficient HVAC solutions across commercial and infrastructure projects in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Your work will directly influence how buildings—from data centers to pharma facilities—optimize performance while reducing energy consumption.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with consultants, OEMs, and end users to grow adoption of HVAC drive solutions across commercial and infrastructure projects
- Identify and convert opportunities in segments like data centers, pharma, chillers, and industrial applications to drive revenue growth and market share
- Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to deliver proposals, presentations, and tenders that win business
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, negotiation, and contracting to secure profitable and sustainable agreements
- Support cross-regional initiatives and projects to ensure consistent customer experience and scalable growth
What We're Looking For
- Experience in technical or engineering sales within HVAC, mechanical, or building solutions
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems such as drives, pumps, fans, chillers, or BMS
- Ability to build trust and manage relationships with consultants, OEMs, and end users
- Effective communication skills in English with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value
- Willingness to travel frequently and operate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
