You will help shape and improve energy‑efficient products that are already making a difference for customers around the world. By working hands‑on with existing designs, you will ensure high performance, quality, and reliability throughout the product lifecycle.

You will be part of a global setup, collaborating closely with colleagues across functions and geographies, while being firmly anchored in a supportive local team in Nordborg, Denmark.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate design changes and ensure smooth implementation across stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, manufacturing, and product management to solve technical challenges
- Improve and adapt existing mechanical designs to meet customer needs, quality standards, and production requirements
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and analyses
- Contribute to continuous improvement by applying new ideas, methods, and engineering best practices
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field
- Basic experience or strong interest in product design, development, or engineering projects
- Experience with project coordination and stakeholder management
- Experience with 3D CAD tools such as Inventor or similar
- Ability to work in a structured way and collaborate across functions and cultures
- Professional proficiency in English both written and spoken
