The Impact You'll Make

The Divisional Controller for DPS Editron serves as the strategic finance leader. You will own the financial performance of the division, ensure transparency and accuracy of financial data, and act as a trusted business partner to the Editron leadership team. Your work will directly support Editron’s mission to accelerate electrification globally through advanced power electronics solutions.

You will lead financial planning, performance management, compliance, and strategic financial insights that enable strong decision-making, profitable growth, and operational excellence across global Editron sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Financial Leadership & Business Partnering

• Serve as the primary finance partner to the Editron leadership team, providing forward-looking insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reviews, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable analysis.
• Evaluate business drivers, operational metrics, and profitability trends to guide leadership decisions.
• Support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, new product introductions, and investment cases with robust financial modeling.

2. Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management

• Own the divisional profit plan, strategic plan, and rolling forecasts.
• Lead variance analysis, cost control insights, and scenario modeling to ensure predictable performance.
• Monitor key financial KPIs, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closure and reporting.

3. Operational Finance & Cost Excellence

• Partner with plant controllers across Editron sites to ensure consistent financial governance and operational alignment.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and standard cost updates.
• Strengthen productivity, utilization, and capital spending governance through data-driven insights.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align financial decisions with business strategy.
• Support global Editron expansion activities with financial analysis, risk assessment, and investment planning.
• Build strong relationships with finance peers across Danfoss to ensure consistency and best-practice sharing.

6. Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead and develop the Editron finance team, strengthening analytical capability, business acumen, and collaboration.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 7–10+ years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or financial management, ideally in manufacturing or technology-driven industries.
• Proven experience in P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and operational finance.
• Experience working in global matrix organizations; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
