The Impact You'll Make

As Director, HR Business Partner at Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping the people agenda for our Business Units Industrial Refrigeration and Micro Channel Heat Exchangers. Based out of Denmark and with 2-3 days/week on site in Kolding, you will partner closely with leaders to help drive business performance through people, organization, and culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with business leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies that support performance and long-term success.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives, creating clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout transformation journeys.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning and organizational design to ensure the business has the capabilities needed for future growth.
• Coach and challenge leaders constructively to build resilient, high-performing teams and strengthen leadership effectiveness.
• Collaborate across HR and the business to deliver pragmatic people solutions that balance employee experience with business needs.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working as an HR Business Partner in an international and matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to support organizational change, transformation, or business restructuring initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to translate complex challenges into practical HR solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively.
• A positive, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while maintaining a solution-focused approach.
