The Impact You'll Make
We are looking for a leader to lead our ERP value streams, including tactical planning, programming office, authorization and change management as part of Group Digital & IT. In this position, you will define, evolve, and execute the strategy, and be accountable for the E2E Delivery in those 3 capabilities. You will lead and develop a diverse team with both technical and planning profiles, providing direction, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
You will engage with stakeholders across the enterprise and full value chain, covering topics from portfolio/release/resource capacity planning across ERP Domain to supporting ERP rollouts and integration into the broader Danfoss Digital Ecosystem. You will work closely with senior business and IT leaders and with cross-value streams to ensure both strategic business value and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise and value chain, focusing on ERP tactical planning, programming coding, authorization and change management.
- Lead the three Enablement streams, ensuring strong delivery discipline, operational stability, and ongoing capability development.
- Serve as a trusted business partner ensuring solutions are business-relevant and deliver measurable value.
- Co-create and drive the strategic roadmap for value streams, aligned with enterprise architecture and business priorities and as part of the Global DGIT ERP Enablement Leadership team.
- Own delivery of major initiatives and releases — balancing speed, quality, and value.
- Oversee the stable and secure operation of ERP platforms, driving continuous improvement and modernization.
- Foster cross-value stream collaboration and ensure digital continuity across the product value chain.
- Manage key external partners and vendors to ensure high delivery performance and cost efficiency.
- Mange budgets and plans for ERP Domain
- Contribute on the transparency of financial forecast and actual spending within ERP Domain
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically – Shaping vision and driving execution.
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on ERP systems, portfolio planning, or related area.
- Experience in managing budgets, software contracts and external partners.
- Strong cross-value stream leadership and stakeholder management skills – comfortable collaborating and influencing at all organization levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business decisions.
