Assembler-III - 1st Shift

Job Description

Danfoss in Dodge City, MN is hiring for a 1st Shift Assembler III. Assembly of Hydraulic Hose Assemblies for an on-site OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customer.  This position is in Dodge Center, MN. Successful candidates will have a manufacturing background and can work in a high-paced environment throughout the day.  Overtime may be required in this position. 20.00 per hour to start.  

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

• Pull inventory for the production schedule. Assemble components into a full Hydraulic Assembly 

• Work with customers on unscheduled orders. Maintain an elevated level of quality. 

• Work with teammates to achieve daily production goals.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• High school Diploma or equivalent GED (General Education Degree)) 

• Must have the ability to speak and write fluently in English. Qualified to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

• Ability to lift 50lbs throughout the day regularly. Experience with calipers, tape measures, and gauges. 

• Experience in the fluid conveyance and hydraulic hose industry.
