We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Operations Intern. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global organization and contribute to our commitment to engineering sustainable solutions. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you will work closely with our dedicated team for a period of 6 months.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

• Handling customer requests through SalesForce and responding to cases in line with KPI's,
• Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team,
• Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfillment team to improve delivery and stock performance,
• Managing data quality in SAP and CRM systems and preparing regular reports to the Customer Service Center Team,
• Acting as a key link between the sales team, customer service, and customers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of pricing-related issues,
• Utilize Salesforce to create and maintain prospect data, ensuring high-quality and reliable information.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• Fresh graduate or experience with a bachelor's degree in Business administration or Supply Chain
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluent in English, Arabic, and French is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
