Job Description

Are you passionate about using data to drive sales and improve customer experiences? Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a talented CRM Analytics Specialist to join our Digital Platforms, Processes, and Data organization.

In this role, you'll be a key player in developing and supporting data analytics solutions focused on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, helping us make data-driven decisions that fuel growth.

This role is based in either Dubnica nad Vahom or Povazska Bystrica (Slovakia), Hamburg (Germany), or Nordborg (Denmark) office, with possibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering, Customer Care, and Pricing, and other teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
  • Build Data Solutions: Develop data models, transform data from various sources, and create engineered datasets.
  • Visualize Insights: Design and maintain compelling data visualizations that provide actionable insights for our teams.
  • Empower Users: Deploy analytics solutions, provide user support, training, and communicate updates effectively.
  • Drive Improvement: Monitor usage, gather feedback, and continuously improve our analytics products.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • 1-2 years of data analytics experience (sourcing, transforming, and publishing data).
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) with ability to communicate & collaborate within international environment
  • Knowledge of data engineering and visualization best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Power BI (or similar) in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with sales process data (Opportunities, Quoting, etc.).
  • Experience with Azure Databricks or MS Fabric.
