Claims Administration Specialist

Job Description

 Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently? Danfoss is seeking a dedicated Customer Claims Administrator to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling claims with professionalism and care.

In this role, you will report to Customer Claims Handling Senior Manager and you will be based in our office in Dubnica nad Vahom, Slovakia.  

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.  

• Manage Defect Claims: Receive customer claims, expertly navigate customer portals, and analyze technical details to make informed claim decisions.
• Communicate Claim Decisions: Prepare and deliver clear and concise claim responses to customers via email, phone, or portal.
• Analyze Claim Data: Gather, interpret, and present claim data to Business Unit and Quality teams for investigation and improvement initiatives.
• Process Streamlined Claims: Investigate and resolve less complex, lower-value claims efficiently and effectively.
• Support Commercial Processing: Assist with commercial processing tasks as needed.

Required (basic) qualifications

• Must have minimum of Bachelor degree.
• Basic Understanding of core quality tools.
• 1 year experience in Quality or Customer Service.

Preferred qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in SAP and SalesForce.
• ASQ Certification as Certified Quality Technician.

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of production processes.
• Able to read and understand written procedures.
• Basic defect containment skills.
• Perform well in a team atmosphere.
