Job Description

As a constantly growing company, Danfoss is looking for motivated employees who want to work with us on our success. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with English and other foreign language (Italian or French) to join our diverse team.

The primary function in this role is to provide commercial support such as order management, order entry, price checking, order clearing, compliance, complaint handling, coordination of delivery and billing.

Location: Budapest (HU), Baden (Germany), Nordborg (DK), Dubnica (SK), Neumuenster (Germany)

Job Responsibilities

  • Order management and responding order related inquiries.
  • Being responsible to either solve the issues raised by customers or assigned them to responsible departments.
  • Coordinating requests by follow up with the cross functional teams.
  • Team up with your colleagues to collaborate on problem solving and identify major service solutions.
  • Actively use the knowledge base to resolve problems and raise potential knowledge gaps.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Strong English capabilities + Italian/French language + additional European language is an advantage
  • Experience in customer service related field 
  • Considerable familiarity with SAP, MS Office Suite particularly and the Windows environment in general
  • Attention to details and analytical mind-set
  • Team-oriented problem-solving skills and corrective action methodology
  • Proficient in creative problem solving, conflict resolution, and managing priorities
