We are in search of a new Customer Service Representative who is proficient in English and either French or Spanish or Italian. In this position, you will establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer.
You will be responsible, as part of the Customer Service team, to ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. At work you will use above mentioned languages on a daily basis and will be based in our office in Dubnica nad Vahom or Povazska Bystrica.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
- Managing customer orders, enquiries and supporting activities.
- Collaborating with sales, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer’s expectations.
- Interacting with your fellow Customer Service team members, as needed, to ensure team goals are achieved.
- Handling phone calls from customers with various questions and inquiries about Danfoss’s products and services. E.g., following up on an existing order, product specific questions, and/or tracking a shipment, etc.
- Applying Danfoss standard operations procedures in daily work yet remaining flexible to ensure customer remains as the focus.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Educational background in Administration, Economy, or equivalent field of studies
- Previous experience in similar role, preferably in manufacturing company
SAP knowledge is a great advantage - Strong knowledge of English and either French or Spanish or Italian is necesarry in this position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
- High attention to detail, pro-activity and ability to multitask with strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills and a proven commitment to customer service excellence.
- Very good attitude towards changes in procedures, systems, etc. embracing them and promote them within the organization.
