Job Description
Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Team Leader. In this position, you will be responsible for specific Warehouse area, team and all related activities. You will work within our new plant in Dubnica nad Vahom, Slovakia, and report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensures planning and implementation of activities related to material receiving, material dispatch, finished products, and inventory in the department.
- Responsible for human resource planning and management, monitors and evaluates employee performance, and provides feedback.
- Manages daily activities in the warehouse, delegates selected tasks to the team coordinators.
- Ensures awareness and compliance with workplace standards.
- Addresses discrepancies in inventories.
- Strives to achieve goals in safety, quality, delivery reliability, and cost management.
- Ensures compliance with 5S standards in the workplace.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or similar, within warehouse/logistics/supply chain management or alternatively have some years of warehouse/logistic/supply chain environment is required.
- Outstanding skills within communication, coordination, organization, analysis and negotiation.
- As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and result oriented.
- Committed team player with the ability to simplify things to secure effective and successful implementation of the initiatives you lead
- English on a communicative level is required
