What You’ll Be Doing

Support environmental, health, and safety inspections, audits, and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and help reduce workplace risks.

Participate in machine safety assessments, hazard identification, and corrective action activities to enhance safety performance across the facility.

Assist with updating EHS procedures, work instructions, and chemical risk assessments to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.

Create and deliver training materials, safety communications, and toolbox talks that promote a strong safety culture.

Collaborate with production, operations, and EHS teams, participate in safety committee meetings, and help drive completion of improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization.

Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Confidence to share ideas, challenge the status quo respectfully, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and an interest in workplace safety, environmental compliance, and risk management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $22.00-$26.00 per hour + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
