The Impact You'll Make

As an EMEA Marine Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping critical marine operations running smoothly across the region. By ensuring fast, reliable service support, you will help customers maximize vessel uptime, maintain safe operations, and minimize disruptions.

You will be the link between customers, field service engineers, and internal experts, transforming complex service requests into coordinated and efficient solutions. Your ability to prioritize, communicate, and problem-solve will directly influence customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Working in a dynamic international environment, you will help drive continuous improvement in service delivery while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues across EMEA.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate service requests from intake through completion to ensure prompt and successful service delivery.
  • Schedule and dispatch field service technicians based on expertise and availability to maximize responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Arrange travel, spare parts, and required documentation to keep service activities running without delays.
  • Maintain correct service records and identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in service coordination, customer service, or a similar role within a technical or maritime environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple service cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to different audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional English language skills, both written and spoken, required for collaborating with customers and colleagues across the EMEA region.
  • Flexibility to support critical customer needs across global time zones. Working with vessels operating around the world, you recognize that occasional follow-up outside standard business hours may be required to help ensure timely support and minimize operational disruptions.

At Danfoss, you will join a global team committed to delivering innovative solutions that make a real difference. We offer a collaborative and inclusive work environment where you can grow your skills, expand your network, and contribute to meaningful customer outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple countries, gain exposure to international marine service operations, and have opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
