Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a 1st Shift Cycle Count Clerk. Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment by performing the following duties.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Complete daily cycle count of stockroom materials and adjustments accordingly. Daily filing of all transactions completed.
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and reports errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
- Prepares daily reports such as inventory balance, shortages, COGI, and open put away.
- Maintain cycle count data report (daily counts, reason codes for inaccuracy, obsolete parts, parts with no labels)
- Conducts thorough investigations of inventory discrepancies and reports findings.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MRP system Database software and Microsoft Excel.
