The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss in Easley, SC is currently seeking a 1st shift Tool Crib Attendant. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service to tool crib users, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. The attendant will also oversee the cataloging of new inventory items upon arrival. Additional duties include operating a lift truck, unloading deliveries—including outdoor unloading in varying weather conditions—and performing related tasks as required. The shift hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Receive, promptly process, and deliver spare parts and supplies to requestors. Monitor crib inventory levels and maintain precise item records.
- Collaborate with departments on new equipment to support spare parts management, preventive maintenance schedules, and overall facility layout.
- Store materials correctly, utilize the Crib System efficiently, and accurately interpret crib order details.Unload and transport incoming materials while managing receipt processing effectively.
- Add new items to inventory. Receive ordered items and enter them into the system. Conduct regular audits of inventory levels.
- Coordinate with production to schedule preventive maintenance and projects.

What We're Looking For

• Possession of a High School Diploma or an equivalent General Education Development (GED) certificate 
• Excellent verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to clearly understand written instructions 
• Proficiency in executing basic mathematical calculations 
• Working knowledge of fundamental computer functions and common software applications
