What You’ll Be Doing

Lead lifecycle management: Manage end-to-end workforce administration processes, including new hires, job changes, and terminations, to deliver a seamless transition for every colleague.

Support internal stakeholders: Provide high-quality HR services via ServiceNow, ensuring agile, accurate, and human-centric responses to employee inquiries.

Collaborate on compliance: Administer critical pre-payroll steps, partnering with Finance and HR teams to ensure 100% accuracy and full alignment with Brazilian labor legislation.

Use your technical skills: Leverage your expertise in SAP (GlobalView) and ticketing systems to improve data integrity and the overall digital experience for our workforce.

Continuously learn and share: Actively participate in global HR communities to share best practices and enhance how we operate and serve our internal customers.
What We're Looking For

English Proficiency: Strong conversational English skills are essential for collaborating within our global network and participating in international projects.

Experience in HR Operations: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business, combined with proven experience in a multinational environment and a strong ability to deliver operational excellence.

Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with ServiceNow (or similar ticket systems) and payroll platforms like SAP GlobalView or Tress.

Regulatory Knowledge: A deep understanding of Brazilian labor laws and pre-payroll processes to ensure organizational compliance and accuracy.

A Mindset of Continuous Improvement: A proactive problem-solver who is passionate about optimizing processes and collaborating across different cultures and teams.
