As our Engineer, Design Engineering , you’ll play a key role in improving product, on quality, cost and delivery, supporting internal and external technical issues and maintaining product for mass production.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Improvement
Drive/Support product improvement project on Quality, Cost and Delivery, coordinating with cross-functional team and focusing on product verification and validation.
Follow Change Control procedure.
Design optimization
Continuious contribute to Product performance improvement, structure optimization, material change, new components validation.
Utilize the relevant design tools, such as GD&T design, Tolerance chain calculation, FEA, etc.
Global Cooperation
Drive/Support design tasks in global project, communicating with global RD&E team on technical investigation or research.
Technical Support
Support technical consulting from customers and other stakeholders.
Mass Production Maintenance
Drive/Support problem solving for securing running production.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering/Mechanical education background, with 5+ years' experience in mechanical/product design
- Strong proficiency in mechanical design, product development and technical research
- Practical experience with quality tools (e.g., 8D, Capability Analysis/CPK).
- Substantial project management experiences will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills in local and global cross functional teams
- English can be used as working language
