Req ID:  48872
Job Location:  Grodzisk Mazowiecki, PL
Employment Type:  Full Time
Segment:  Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment
Job Category:  Supply Chain and Operations
Work Location Type:  On-site
Job Title:  Engineer, Manufacturing Technology

The Impact You'll Make

As an MT Engineer, you’ll be one of the people behind a production environment that is safer, smarter and more efficient. You’ll work directly with machines, processes and production teams to solve technical challenges, improve performance and turn ideas into practical solutions.

Your impact? You’ll help make sure our equipment performs at its best, processes run efficiently and production can continuously improve. From optimizing machines and improving OEE to leading technical projects and introducing new equipment, your work will have a direct impact on safety, quality, productivity and cost.

You’ll combine engineering expertise with a hands-on approach — seeing a problem on the production floor, finding out what is really causing it and working with others to make it better.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Lead technical and production improvement projects — from process optimization and change control to productivity and OEE initiatives
  • Optimize machines and production processes, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, quality, efficiency and performance
  • Plan and deliver CAPEX projects, taking new equipment and technical solutions from initial concept through implementation and handover to production
  • Use Lean, Kaizen and other continuous improvement methods to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost performance
  • Provide hands-on technical support to production, troubleshoot challenges and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to implement effective solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering — Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or a related field
  • Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in a technical or engineering role
  • Knowledge of production processes, machine optimization and structured problem-solving
  • Familiarity with quality and process tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA and CPK
  • A continuous improvement mindset, strong communication skills and good command of Polish and English; experience with Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma is an advantage

What You'll Get from Us

  • Real opportunities for growth and development – we promote from within and support your learning through mentoring, training, and access to global career paths
  • A work environment that offers flexibility, autonomy, and trust, helping you perform at your best while maintaining a healthy work-life balance
  • The chance to work in an international, inclusive culture, where your ideas are valued and diversity is truly respected
  • Exposure to modern technologies, production processes, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Competitive compensation package, including:
    • Annual bonus
    • Employer-sponsored life insurance
    • Employee Pension Programme (PPE)
    • Private medical care (Luxmed)
    • Co-financed sports card
    • Subsidized meals in our company canteen
