Working alongside senior engineers, you will see your ideas move from design and analysis to testing and implementation. You will help resolve performance issues, modify products for new customer applications, and ensure our designs meet the highest standards of quality and manufacturability.

In our inclusive and collaborative environment, your contributions matter. You will be part of a global team, gain invaluable hands-on experience, and receive the mentoring and training you need to grow your career.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with senior engineers to solve complex performance and reliability challenges on existing hydraulic motors.
  • Use your engineering skills to design and modify products, creating CAD layouts and performing calculations to meet specific customer needs.
  • Play a key role in the product validation process by designing and executing tests, analyzing the data, and presenting your findings in technical reports.
  • Act as a bridge between engineering and production, collaborating with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure your designs are manufacturable and high-quality.
  • Take ownership of your work by developing and executing project plans, managing timelines and resources to achieve your objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science degree program in Engineering.
  • A strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude with a passion for creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic systems and experience with CAD or other modeling tools is a strong plus.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
