Lead and set-up CCS (Connect and control solution) R&D team as one of the global R&D center.
Develop team and people with high efficiency and capabilities.
Lead NPD and PMI Projects to successfully achieve the Business target.
High efficient communication and coordination with stakeholder make sure projects success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set-up high capable R&D team including mechanical, electronics and software
• Execution and fulfillment NPD and PMI projects
• Ensure R&D resource allocation for projects that will ensure success
• Ensure Danfoss standards and processes are followed in R&D projects
• Budgeting, forecasting reporting for R&D Cost Center
• Lead development and continuous improvement of R&D management processes, guidelines and tools
• Ensure technical risk and timeline undercontrol in development of R&D projects
• Ensure effective status reporting according to R&D process
• Ensure the implementation and compliance of product functionality safety and network security design
• Ensure development people according to Danfoss talent development requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering.
• Experience more than 6 years in industry field, prefer with electronics or software backgroud.
• Be familiar with general R&D proecess of global company, At least 3~5 years of experience leading a research and development team, prefer with experience of Remote controller or Controller .
• Fluent English as work language.
• In the field of candidate engaged in, individual technical proficiency reaches the level of a senior engineer.
