This role combines deep user empathy with strategic foresight, driving an evidence-based and AI-informed approach that enhances adoption, engagement, and productivity across the enterprise.

As a forward-thinking professional, you will not only lead user research and usability improvements today but also help shape the future of DEX at an enterprise scale. You’ll deliver impact through influence and partnership, co-creating strategies and practices that define how employees experience technology tomorrow.

If this sounds like your next career move, apply today. The role offers flexibility and can be based remotely in Poland, Slovakia, or Romania.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • User Research & Strategic Foresight:
To conduct foundational research that uncovers employee needs and pain points, and to partner with data science teams to integrate quantitative data and leverage AI-powered analytics for predictive insights. You will synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations that influence strategic priorities.
  • Experience Design & Enablement:
To collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design holistic, end-to-end solutions that integrate accessibility, ethical AI, and in-flow enablement. You will drive outcome-focused initiatives that improve the digital employee journey and ensure seamless adoption.
  • Strategy & Capability Building:
To contribute to a future-ready DEX strategy that anticipates technological shifts and evolving work patterns. You will pioneer new research methodologies for AI-powered systems and complex digital ecosystems, and help define and measure success through OKRs and advanced experience scorecards (e.g., Net Friction Score, Time-to-Proficiency, Predictive Success Metrics).
  • Continuous Improvement:
To establish robust feedback loops and leverage analytics for continuous optimization of the employee experience. You will act as a key contributor to the CoE’s playbooks and craft excellence initiatives, championing a culture of user-centricity.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep UX research expertise and a strong sense of user empathy.
  • Background in experience design, accessibility, and behavior-driven enablement.
  • Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations in partnership with technical experts.
  • Strategic and consultative mindset with strong influencing skills without direct authority.
  • Agile, adaptable, and collaborative in outcome-driven environments.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, or machine learning concepts.
  • Knowledge of privacy-by-design and responsible AI principles.
