The Impact You'll Make

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement -Expert who will be driving and implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and optimizing processes across the organization. 

You will be reporting directly to Continuous Improvement Manager and working closely with multiple departments to identify improvement opportunities, streamline operations, and promote a culture of continuous enhancement. 

Additionally, you will play a key role in deploying Lean Manufacturing methodologies, driving operational excellence initiatives, and supporting digital transformation across the factory.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing productivity, quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency across manufacturing operations.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing practices including Kaizen, MIFA (Material & Information Flow Analysis), 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, and waste elimination to improve operational excellence.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, implement sustainable solutions, and align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Facilitate structured problem-solving and root cause analysis using PDCA, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain KPI dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting systems using Power BI and digital analytics tools to drive data-based decision-making. 
  • Support digitalization, automation, and World Class Manufacturing initiatives by conducting assessments, audits, and follow-up actions that strengthen operational maturity and continuous improvement culture.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Engineering graduate with 6–10 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of successfully leading Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies, including Kaizen, MIFA, 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, and waste reduction techniques.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and overall operational performance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting; experience with Power BI and Advanced Excel is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis capabilities with the ability to drive sustainable improvements.
