The Impact You'll Make
As our PDM Site Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping Danfoss' product data accurate, standardized, and trustworthy across sites and functions
Your impact? Clean, correct product and master data means fewer errors, faster decisions, and smoother execution for everyone who touches that data downstream — from engineering to production to global project teams. You'll also help raise the bar across the organization by building PDM competency through training, so good data practices stick well beyond your own desk.
You'll collaborate with the local Engineering Manager, the Global Product Data Management Team in Denmark, and the Global NPD Coordinator, taking ownership of master data, BOMs, classifications, documents, and key PDM projects — helping Danfoss move toward a more efficient, standardized, and scalable way of managing product data globally.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage day-to-day Product Data Management (PDM) operations to keep master data, BOMs, classifications, documents, and labels clean and correct.
- Collaborate with the global PDM Team (based in Denmark) and cross-site engineering teams on standardization and alignment initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in PDM processes, identifying and implementing local and global efficiency gains.
- Coordinate Product Data Management tasks across sites and functions, including service excellence center handovers.
- Drive competency-building initiatives across the organization by designing and delivering relevant PDM trainings.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience managing Product Data to deliver clean, reliable master data.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or similar PLM systems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- A short or medium-length technical or administrative education background, with experience working across multi-location teams.
What You'll Get from Us
- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
- You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
