As our Facilities Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our workplaces are safe, efficient, and ready to support both people and business performance.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners, taking ownership of facilities operations in a collaborative, solution-oriented, and continuous improvement environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and monitor facilities service contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, reception, etc.), ensuring quality delivery and SLA compliance.
- Support building infrastructure management, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Control costs, KPIs, and reports, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, health requirements, and legal regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in facilities management, building administration, maintenance, or related areas.
- Proven skills in managing contracts, suppliers, and service delivery.
- Knowledge of administrative routines, cost control, and KPI tracking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an analytical and organised approach.
- Proeficience in portuguese
- Intermediate English proficiency and a strong sense of ownership.
