As our Factory Controller in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, you will play a key role in improving the financial performance, productivity, and competitiveness of our manufacturing operations. By turning complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights, you will help leaders make smarter decisions that drive sustainable business results.
You will be a trusted partner to factory leadership, connecting financial outcomes with operational performance across production, supply chain, procurement, and inventory management. Your work will directly influence profitability, cash flow, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with local and global teams, you will help strengthen forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes while supporting a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead factory financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end performance analysis to provide visibility into business results and support strategic decisions.
• Partner with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, recommend actions, and improve operational and financial outcomes.
• Analyze manufacturing cost drivers, including materials, labor, overhead, maintenance, and production variances, to increase cost transparency and productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams to improve profitability, inventory performance, working capital, and cash flow.
• Enhance reporting, forecasting, and controlling processes to improve data quality, standardization, and decision support across the organization.
What We're Looking For
• Experience in financial controlling, factory finance, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience working with ERP and financial reporting systems such as SAP, Business Warehouse, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across operations and finance teams in a global environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
