What You’ll Be Doing
- You will be working alongside two dedicated colleagues.
- You will be responsible for analyzing and testing field-returned units. Based on your findings, you will plan and perform the necessary tests and repair actions to identify root causes—this may include component replacement, lab-based testing, or customer visits.
- For urgent customer cases, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Application, or Software teams to accelerate the troubleshooting process.

What We're Looking For
You have a strong passion for electronics and failure analysis. You approach tasks with curiosity, structure, and a critical mindset—solving complex problems motivates you. You are always eager to learn and develop your capabilities.
We expect you to bring:
- Enjoyment in "repairing stuff" and understanding how things work
- A technician background or a bachelor's degree in electronics or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in fault finding or electronic product design
- Ability to use tools and business systems to manage and interpret data
- Communication skills in English and Danish, both written and spoken
