As our new Finance Director, you will be a key strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring the financial health and integrity of our business. Your leadership will drive profitable growth and enhance our financial performance by providing critical insights and guidance that shape our strategic decisions.
This role sits within PL01 — our oldest and most established product line, serving the Air-Conditioning & Commercial Refrigeration (ACR) business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop the finance team to achieve excellence in operations, reporting, and business partnering
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create financial plans, forecasts, and strategies aligned with long-term goals
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems to boost efficiency and strengthen internal controls
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and analysis to support strategic objectives with accurate, timely insights
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial management with proven leadership in a similar-sized organization
- Professional qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related field are required; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are valued. We also welcome candidates who have gained equivalent expertise through diverse career pathways in finance
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels
