What You’ll Be Doing

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment, including supporting change or transformation initiatives
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and balance structure with pragmatism in a fast-changing business
- Confidence and resilience to challenge constructively and stay solution-oriented in demanding situations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a clear, down-to-earth style
- A positive, energetic mindset and genuine passion for people and organizations

- The minimum salary for this full-time position in Slovakia is EUR 63.339,-.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
