What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted partner to leaders to support decision-making and drive strong people outcomes

  • Lead and support organizational changes to ensure clarity, structure, and transparency during transformation

  • Translate business challenges into pragmatic HR solutions that align with strategic priorities

  • Drive workforce planning and organizational adjustments in a responsible and sustainable way

  • Coach leaders through complexity and uncertainty to strengthen resilience and team effectiveness

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment, including supporting change or transformation initiatives
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and balance structure with pragmatism in a fast-changing business
  • Confidence and resilience to challenge constructively and stay solution-oriented in demanding situations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a clear, down-to-earth style
  • positive, energetic mindset and genuine passion for people and organizations

  4. You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
  5. The minimum salary for this full-time position in Slovakia is EUR 63.339,-.
