Semikron-Danfoss has an exciting opportunity to join as a Senior Transformational Change Manager (m/f/d) in Flensburg to support our large Automotive Ramp-Up.

Job Responsibilities

This role will drive Transformational Change at our Flensburg Production Site to support the site leadership. You will enable the delivery of a performance step-change across SQDCP dimensions, with particular focus on annual profitability targets, drive an increase in DBS maturity and Continuous Improvement thinking.

 

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

 

  • Enable KPI step-change, towards annual strategic objectives, across SQDCP dimensions.
  • Create accountabilities (behavior, task, performance) in all teams
  • Create, model and coach leaders and teams towards stronger ways of working (continuously improved processes), using DBS method
  • Participate in identifying the improvement potential across all shifts, with the involvement of the local factory team, and updated throughout the year
  • Drive a step change in shop floor management capability
  • Visual performance monitoring and response systems, 5S, SW and LSW, change management, escalation systems, improvement idea capture and execution, team communication and engagement, etc
  • Drive Kaizen programs, and model excellence in Kaizen execution
  • Facilitate and coach others towards the creation of robust Standard Work systems, ensuring compliance with IATF auditing requirements

To be successful in this role, you hold a university degree in industrial engineering or a similar field and have at least 10 years of experience in working in a production environment.

 

  • 5+ years of experience in people management
  • Extensive experience in Transformational Change and Change Management
  • Agile - Experienced Practitioner and Coach
  • Experience with Production Management in TS16949 or IATF
  • Six Sigma - Master Black Belt
  • Lean - Certified expert in TPS or Lean
  • Great Communication and stakeholder management skills & senior executive influence
