Technischer Mitarbeiter im Bereich Process Quality (m/w/d)

 

für den Standort Flensburg. 

Job Responsibilities

 

 

  • Betreuung der Prüfprozesse Röntgen, Automatische Optische Inspektion, Pulltest, Schertest und Ultraschallprüfung
  • Erstellung der Prüfpläne für die oben genannte Prüfprozesse
  • Ausarbeitung von Spezifikationen für zugewiesene Prüf- und Fertigungsprozesse
  • Bearbeitung von Maßnahmen aus Non Conformance Reports, Authorized Change Notification und FMEA
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prüfprozesse
  • Beurteilung und Bewertung von Entwicklungsprodukten anhand der Prüfprozesse

Background & Skills

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Anlagenelektronik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Computer Systeme, Netzwerktechnik, MS Office und ERP-Systeme
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse elektronischer Baugruppen
  • Hohe Motivation bei systematischer und zielorientierter Arbeitsweise
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Erfahrung mit digitaler Bildverarbeitung
  • Ausbildung der Programmierung und Parametrierung von Viscom AOI / AXI Anlagen (optional)
