As our  General Administration  Intern , you’ll play a key role in delivering great customer experiences and supporting efficient internal operations within a dynamic global environment.

Your impact? You will ensure the smooth, day-to-day operations of our Shared Services Center, directly enhancing the employee experience and supporting regional leadership. Because of your dedication, internal stakeholders will receive timely, high-quality administrative support, allowing our teams to operate seamlessly and focus on driving strategic business goals.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional leadership, external vendors, and legal partners, taking ownership of key administrative processes, vendor coordination, and internal communications, helping us move toward a more efficient and collaborative future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide attentive support to internal users, ensuring prompt resolution and a high standard of customer service.

  • Support administrative processes, including managing office supplies, coordinating corporate visits, and handling facility-related services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, legal partners, and external vendors on contract administration, travel expenses, and corporate credit card processes.

  • Use your organizational and communication skills to coordinate events, integration activities, and continuous improvement projects.

  • Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we operate and serve our internal customers across the SSC Americas.

What We're Looking For

  • Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Administration, International Business, International Relations, Law, Communication, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Commitment to complete a professional internship program for at least 12 months, with schedule availability (preferably 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).

  • Basic English proficiency (ability to read and draft emails), along with basic command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people across different cultures and levels of the organization.

  • A mindset of problem-solving, continuous improvement, and a strong service-oriented attitude with great attention to detail
