Job Responsibilities

As a Business Controller, you will join the Performance Drives Controlling Team and the Drives Finance Community, contributing to ongoing improvements in both the DK Supply Chain and the Controlling Team. You will become the primary business partner for our Graasten production site, collaborating closely with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities for this position will also include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Represent finance in projects such as productivity improvements, Product cost improvement activities and tracking of new product ramp ups.
  • Lead both the monthly reporting and the planning process in the factory.
  • Be responsible for calculating, reviewing, analyzing, and continuously improving KPIs and give appropriate recommendations to the business. 
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting for the local Supply Chain leaders to provide the organization with meaningful and relevant business information.

Thriving in diverse cultural and fast-paced environments, you possess a proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on customer service. Capable of grasping the bigger picture, you translate it into structured work methods, facilitating effective problem-solving and decision-making.

To succeed in this position, you should have a few years of firsthand experience in Finance & Controlling in a similar role and a strong financial acumen, combined with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses the following skills.   

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, business warehouse systems, and reporting tools such as HFM.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong and effective written, verbal, and presentation skills in both English and Danish.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package.
