This is your opportunity to launch a career in Product Management with real ownership from day one. At Danfoss Drives, you will take responsibility for a decentral product area and help shape the future of our portfolio as we continue the transition to the iC7 platform.
You will manage your product area like your own business, influencing everything from pricing and quality to feature improvements and market positioning. Your work will have a direct impact on customers, business performance, and the long-term direction of our product portfolio. At the same time, you will play a key role in simplifying our portfolio, helping create a more focused and competitive offering for customers.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle while building visibility through impactful, business-critical projects.
What You’ll Be Doing

Own and develop a decentral product portfolio, driving decisions on pricing, quality, availability, cost optimization, and product improvements

Lead portfolio simplification initiatives, identifying complexity drivers and turning them into practical solutions that improve efficiency and competitiveness

Partner with sales teams, customers, R&D, supply chain, product support, and marketing to ensure the portfolio meets market needs and delivers value

Support the transition toward the iC7 platform by contributing to portfolio strategy and driving key initiatives forward

Create structure in complex situations, align stakeholders, and ensure progress on high-impact projects
What We're Looking For

A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Strong motivation to build a career in Product Management, combined with a proactive and self-driven approach

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders

An analytical and structured mindset, with a genuine interest in simplifying complexity and improving how products and processes work
- Fluent communication skills in English written and spoken, German language skills are a plus
